HI Friends
I am Very New to MVC Technology, I have VS 2010 version and its having MVC2 as Default platform and in that its only aspx Engine, But some of them telling Razor Engine is good so that I have to install MVC3 fo that.

Guide me which should i prefer ? and which is best for design and coding process. And where and how should I design in that using CSS,HTML...

Let me know about HTML HElPERS role in that.
