I have a project and i try to open it in in visual studio 2010.nu one of the module did get loaded.I am getting the following error line.
error : Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.SqlParser, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I install the following thing (the x86)
Microsoft SQL Server System CLR Types
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Management Objects
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Native Client

But the module is still not loading ,and also my sql server management studio is also throw error now..
Could not load microsoft.SqlServer.Diagonistic.STrace,Public token=89845dcd8080cc91.

I have remove the installed one in my Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Management Objects R2 version from my control panel.Because that does allow me to install Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Management Objects.Please help me.

When attempting to create a NEW SQL Server 2008 Database Project in Visual Studio 2010 Professional, I have the same error message show up... Project doesn't complete the creation process... So we have a solution with NO files in it that will not load at all.

PC is using on Windows 2008 Server - 32 Bit Operating System.

Latest Patches for Windows 2008 Server and Visual Studio have been applied.

Have tried many web searches and forum searches... it seems that nobody has a concrete answer to HOW to actually FIX this issue.

Even UNINSTALLED and Reinstalled SQL Server 2008 Standard Edition... SAME issue!

I'm sure that it isn't "rocket science" to get this resolved.

I had to do a Windows Registry Hack to resolve the issue but I haven't had access to that hard drive in months... So I don't recall what had to be "patched" in the Windows Registry to finally get past this annoying issue!
