The questions is hard to describe, but I will do my best.

I want to make a achievement program for stuff. o.o

When I make a achievement, I have a picture, string(name), string(description)and Boolean(check if activated or not)

When I make a second achievement, it will automatically be placed under the first achievement in the form.

A great example of what I mean is steam achievements.
