I have an issue that I need sorted. Does anyone know of an SDK or program that can crop an image, resize, deskew, depixalate, etc?

I have an image in the middle of an A4,A3,A5, page,etc. Sizes, DPI, etc of the image can vary. The Image will always have 4 corner stones that can identify the image.

So in a nutshell, I need to locate the 4 corner stones of the image, then resize the whole image to A4 page size, and save it.
