Hi All,
I created a system wherein my database can be accessed through a network. It is a computer lock system wherein the user of a particular system is needed to logged in to use that PC. the database where all the users of 10 PCs connected to the network is in the server. However, when I installed the application to the server and imported the database i created through my laptop to that server, all of the PCs cannot now connect to the server having error message post on my subject. But when i tried to connect to my laptop using 10 PCs connected to the network, there is no problem encountered.
The error message is...
with other PCs
"Unable to connect any of the specified MySQL host"
but when I tried to use to server to connect to my laptop using the same application....
"Connector/Net no longer supports server versions prior to 5.0"
I don't know how to resolve it. I am confused. Any help, please...

Confused with what? The message simple says: "upgrade your MySQL with the later version, the one you are using is way too obsolete". Is it a problem?
