我有一个项目要实施到维护中央数据库的网络中。当计算机在网络中连接时，如果要维护离线存储，则数据应存储在中央数据库中，并在连接到网络后立即发送到数据库。有人建议我如何实现这个想法。 ：）

i have a project to be implemented into a network maintaining central database. when the computer is connected in network, data should be stored in the central data base if the offline storage is to be maintained and send to the data base as soon as that is connected into network. somebody suggest me how to implement this idea. :)
