我有移动设备与windows ce平台，我需要将文件从移动设备上传到我的电脑。
我有Microsoft activesync它的工作正常，但我需要像activesync一样，但在编程语言中，例如vb6，vb.net，c＃。

I have mobile device with windows ce platform , and I need to upload files from mobile device to my pc .
I have Microsoft activesync its work fine , but I needed same like activesync but in programming language e.g. vb6,vb.net,c#.
