我的问题是我的网站在天蓝色。但另一方面我可以在FTP中访问İ可能会创建一个新的网站并更改域名但我又得到了错误，它无法找到网站，而且SQL数据库也已关闭。
Hi,
My problem is my web site is down on the azure. but I can access in the FTP on the other hand İ could create a new website and change domain but again I got error it can not find websites and also SQL database was down.
