我想要做的是我有2个列表，list1页面顶部和list2页面底部如果list1没有数据，它不显示正确的列表，但我需要做的是如果list1不是可变的我想list2去list1所在的页面顶部自动

Hi how do I change an list location in my report

What i want to do is i have 2 lists, list1 top of page and list2 bottom of page if list1 has no data in it it doesn't show the list which is correct but what i need to do is if list1 isn't vissible i would like list2 to go to the top of the page where list1 was located automatic
