I have a windows forms application which controls two windows services. While I was debugging it, my power went off. Then the next time I try to run my application I face this error here. Can anybody help me fix this? Did I damage the GAC?

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

in your form's load Form1_Load are you trying to load any xml file? if so check your xml file. It may have been corrupted when your power went off. It is telling your your xml starting and ending tags don't match.

Don't use Visual Basic Power Pack on Form, Like Rectangle, Line
It will work proper on Windows XP.
