I have an vb.net application to send ecards to different e-mail id's.

1. The app has a drop down to select a card, to address, from address, date to select , message , preview, finish

2. when we click on finish, the details will be saved to database.

3. if the date selected by the user is today's date then the card will be immediately sent. this is done

4. If the card is scheduled for future. I am able to save details to database.

i want to write an scheduler which runs on daily basis to check are there ant ecards unsent and which needs to send today and send them.


please help me with a bit of sample code for the scheduler.
