Absolutely impossible. The whole idea is ridiculous. To prove it, try to relocate, and, from a different place on the globe, send the same e-mail through a Web interface. How do you think, will anybody be able to detect that you relocated looking at the mail content? :-)

You can't: the email is sent from an email server, which is physically located in the same place regardless of where the client writing the email is.

For example, I send emails via my web hosting company servers, which are located in Arizona. It doesn't matter if I am in Wales, England, or on a flight over Australia - the email is sent from Arizona.

There is no way to locate the original physical location of the client writing the email.
