Did you challenge him? Is there a reason why he wants the code written in ASP. Does he know that it's ancient. ;)

Anyway, like ASP.Net, ASP as well does not have any inbuilt support for SMS API. You need to look for some third part component which you can use to invoke.

Google it and you should be able to find many available examples on internet.
