有没有办法停止刷新整个页面只有网格视图控件在子窗口弹出窗口关闭后刷新？客户端或服务器端以任何方式支付

i am using many grids on a single page but from one grid when i am trying to upload a document from a child window ,after uploading the document the complete parent page gets refreshed ...

is there any way to stop refreshing the complete page only grid view control gets refreshed after child window pop up gets closed???

by client side or server side any way?
