This is a seriously hard problem, and, frankly, the fact that you're asking such a question as a one liner expecting someone to answer it shows that you are not ready to try solving it.

Well There are numerous applications that can achieve this but as far as I know,the best is NICO unfortunately its written in C but that can be incorporated/adapted to your problem as C++ compilers are backward compartible with C.
