I want to do image processing in C#......want to get ROI of palm and then match afterwards accordingly...how can i do it??

e.g--suppose user registers into the systems.....he uploads his palm image at the time of registration.
i want to do image processing on it and get the ROI. after doing when he login's into the system,,system will ask thumb image then user will upload his other palm image to match this image with the registered image by processing its ROI....
how can i do it...HELP
