How to validate the cell drop down list in excel to be related with the second sheet? In the first sheet all countries are shown in excel cell dropdown and countries in the second sheet. If I enter anything other than those in the list it shows validation. But if its entered fully CAPS or SMALL no validation works in excel. For instance if 'Xsay is the Country listed not even if I enter 'XSAY' its not validated.

I want to show pop up error in the excel itself.
