I have tried to use the hovermenuextender to accomplish this and initial results seem fine. The issue that I have is the panel that I have showing needs the image to change on each mouseover. Can someone direct me how to create an event or extend the hovermenuextender to accomodate the database lookup of the images so I can display the correct one on the panel.

I am creating custom buttons dynamically now. Essentially I have made a button control with a bitmap url property. I want to assign the bitmap url to the image on the panel that pops up on mouseover.
