I try to complete my project which connect radar to pc and display radar overlay on screen and i have an issue with this, i don't know the output of radar, i think there is something may be hardware that convert signal radar to image, and if it true, what format or extension of image ?

You should talk to the people who created the radar system - they should provide technical support and will know more about their product than we will. If they don't, then find another supplier and demand your money back!
