您可以将任何可公开访问的端点添加到Application Gateway的后端池。不要在下拉列表中选择App Service，而是将Web App的FQDN指定为后端池。

I have an application gateway is under subscription A, I want to add app services from subscription B into the back-end pool. For now I  can't do this, when configuring the back-end pool, only the services under subscription A are visible.

So is there a way to support app-services from other subscriptions?

It'll be great if you can share some steps.

Hi, 

You can add any publicly accessible endpoints to the backend pool of the Application Gateway. Instead of selecting App Service in the drop down list, specify the FQDN of your Web App as the backend pool.
