Hi, I just got a free education azure account. I had four free services on the dashboard : plan app service, storage account, app service and web app. I accidentally deleted the last one, which was a brand new one, which seemed to be auto-provided. Now, it seems impossible to get this service back. I always run into permission issue : "subscription XXX does not have the necessary permissions to register the resource provider : microsoft.insights". Thank you for your help !

解决方案

Deleting any resource is irreversible. You will not be able to recover the deleted WebApp.

 

If you do not have any previous backup of your WebApp then in that case, you might want to reach out to the support team to check for a possible chance of retrieval.

 

Also, to highlight, when the last app hosted in an App Service plan is deleted, the resulting empty App Service plan is also deleted to avoid unexpected charges.
