I have a bing map subscription key and entered the key in cognitive services labs to get distance matrix.

However, it responses as  "Access denied due to invalid subscription key. Make sure to provide a valid key for an active subscription."

I have checked the key, but it still doesn't work.

How can I solve this problem?

The Distance Matrix has actually been fully released:

You can try it out with a standard Bing Maps keys.  Instructions for creating a free Bing Maps key is available here:
