just started analaysis of Data changs (DML) tracking in sql server. but couldnt find best way to track the DML changes in sql server like as follows.

4. on which tables DML operations performed.

There is no native solution for this, you would need a 3rd party tool or custom scripts to get that level of detail. You could also try SQL Audit, but that could be a lot of manual work on your part.
