Are there anyway to change the sender to another one, suppose I am using connector "Outlook 365".

Hello sakurai_db,

You can only send email from the account which you have used during creation of Outlook API connection. 

The other way is to send an email from someone else behalf, for this you can select From (Send as)  which means you can use Email address to send mail from (requires "Send as" or "Send on behalf of" permission for that mailbox)

To send an email on behalf of some one you need permission for that persons mailbox which you can get as explained in the this article.
