我使用UWP模板构建一个新项目。

I use the UWP template build a new project.

我不是修改和新项目的代码。

I'm not modify and code of the new project.

我使用菜单'Store>创建应用程序包...'以创建新包。

I use the menu 'Store > Create App Packages...' to create a new package.

创建包时，它运行  Windows
用于检查包装的应用认证套件。

When the package created, it run the Windows App Certification Kit to check the package.

然后检查结果为失败。

Then the check result is Failed.

So you haven't generate Visual Assets for your project, right? The App resources problem might be caused by this. I suggest you to generate the Visual Assets in the Manifest first. Like this.
