We recently trialed the text-to-speech functionality and found it to be exactly what we were looking for to replace the voice on our IVR systems.  While in the process of converting all of our prompts, we noticed that the Neural Voice "Jessa" couldn't pronounce the work SIX.  When it was fed back to us, it came back in 3 phrases.  It sounded like a garbled six, followed by what sounded like "seis", followed by what sounded like six backwards, xis.  We tried all lowercase, all caps, with and without spaces before and after, and it gave the same result every time.

This is the only word we had mispronounced and it was continuous throughout our prompts.  The male voice "Guy" pronounced it correctly.
