Is there anyway to synchronize user attributes like "Job Title" between Azure Active Directory and Salesforce?

Hello, 

You would have to configure Automatic user provisioning to achieve this. However the synchronization will be unidirectional and the value in Azure AD will be written to salesforce. 

This is not just attribute mapping , but user accounts will be create, activated and deactivated based on the attributes in Azure AD.
