 When we deploy any resource on azure the price is different in different regions for the same resource. for example Average price per vm per hour for south India is 0.64 rs. while Central India is 0.57 rs and West India is 0.60 rs.

   What is a reason behind it? Why there are no standard pricing rates for resources across Azure regions?
