我们针对app&现在支持服务。它捕获事件到达，关闭，分配组，报告，模块等

We have incidents being reported for app & infra support on service now. which captures incident arrival, closure, assignment group, reported by, module etc

预期结果

我们能否根据历史记录预测下个月的预期事件到货日期和数据的数据时间，关闭时间，优先级，模块等

Can we predict expected incidents for next month based on historic data with arrival date & time, closure time, priority, module etc
