        As  the title write,I'll be brief!

       我知道我们可以选择更正项目属性并设置配置属性 - regualr-Platform工具集：更改为"Visual Studio 2015（v140）"，确保配置!!

        I know that we can chose to correct the project attribute and set Configuration properties-regualr-Platform Tools set :change to "Visual Studio 2015(v140)",make sure the configuration!!

       经过这些配置，Debug（F5）或build（Rebuild solution）编译错误：LNK1158无法运行"rc.exe"，请按照net资源将WINSDK rc.exe和rcdll.dll文件复制到该文件夹​​中（c： \Program Files（x86）\ microsoft
Visual Studio 14.0\VC\bin ），但我发现编译错误仍然存​​在！

       After these configuration,Debug(F5) or build(Rebuild solution) compile error:LNK1158 cannot run "rc.exe",Follow the net resource to copy WINSDK rc.exe and rcdll.dll file to the folder (c:\Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC\bin),but I found the compile error is still exist!!!

According to your description, I reproduce this issue in my side. It seems that the files is not in the system environment, and the debugger could not call it normally.

＃1 ，添加目录" C：\ Program Files（x86）\ Windows Kits \8.1 \bin \ x86 "在路径环境中。

#1, add the directory"C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\bin\x86" in the Path environment.

注意：通过在任务栏中搜索打开高级系统设置>>单击环境变量>>在Syetem变量中编辑路径>>单击New，然后添加目录。

Note: open advanced system settings by search in the taskbar >> click Environment Variables >> edit path in the Syetem Variables >> click New,then add the directory.
