Per documentation (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/excelonlinebusiness/#add-a-row-into-a-table) I shall be able to supply only Location/Document Library/File/Table for "Add Row to a table" but it asks me supply "Location" second time as you can see from screenshot.

I just checked this at my end and it works perfectly fine.

Can you please try the same in some different browser or Incognito mode to confirm its a not a browser issue.
