The organization that I'm working for created an email for me, and they bought me a subscription for Visual Studio 2017 professional using the email they created. I couldn't access activated my VS, so I had to register using that email. The mistake that I did when registering is, I chose personal account instead of work account. All went well and my VS is activated.
