确保您的设备上没有安装其他版本的Office软件。
转到开始>控制面板>卸载程序/程序和功能>搜索Microsoft Office套件>如果找到卸载。

Hi All,
While installing SharePoint 2016 I am getting the below error message.
Product: Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2016 Core -- Error 1310. Error writing to file: microsoft.o365.resourcecatalog.pulsepackage.dll. System error 0. Verify that you have access to that directory.
I am using the SharePoint farm account to install the setup and it is in local admin group too.
Pls guide.

Hi Sankar,
Make sure that no other different versions of Office software are installed on your device.
Go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program / Programs and Feature > Search for Microsoft Office Suites > If found uninstall.
Try to un-register and re-register Windows installer using the following steps:
Step 1:
Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run, copy and paste the following text in the Open box and press Enter
Msiexec /unregister
Step 2:
Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run, copy and paste the following text in the Open box and press Enter
Msiexec /regserver
Now try to install Office.
If the same issue persists, enable Clean-boot and then try to install Office.

Note: after troubleshooting, enable Normal Start-up.
