您好,

我首先在烫发时创建了一个使用帐户的问题,但我很快将其从预先删除。然后我从办公室365门户恢复了它从已删除的用户和它成为云用户我给了这个用户组成员云邮件启用安全
组。然后第二天我创建了用户帐户作为O365用户邮箱,具有相同的UPN,但它没有同步彼此仍然显示为云同步用户。我希望此用户与AD同步。执行初始/增量同步并且找不到任何重复/ incorrct
UPN。

Ihave an issue with the one use account which I created first on perm but sooner I deleted it from prem.Then I restored it from office 365 portal from deleted user and it became a cloud user an I gave this user group membership of cloud mail enabled security group.Then next day I created the user account as a O365 user mail box with same UPN but it is not syncing with each other and still showig as a cloud sync user .I want this user to be with AD sync.Itried doing Initial/delta sync and couldn't find any duplicate/incorrct UPN.

This can occur if someone licensed your mailboxes in the cloud prior to setting up AD sync.

You can try deleting and recreating the user, or deleting the user on-premises and recovering him from the recycling bin in O365 as a workaround.
