Reseller can sign up new customer using method "SignupCustomer". Can reseller to add an account into the new customer?  
Or customer created by using a reseller can include only one account (AdvertiserAccount)?

It is possible to add another account within the customer you created, but as a best practice we recommend calling SignupCustomer for each account in the reseller model. If your requirements vary, please contact your account manager for further guidance.
