I am scheduling for going abroad for continuing my study in Ma & PhD. But I need to write an article. I want to select a subject on c# in fact about pictures in c# and Sql. I really need this article for taking a scholarship. would you please help me how to start it?and what dose it need? Imean I want to work on the ways that a picture could be saved on the sql and how it be shown on the C# forms. could be this subject a good choise?

For an MA and PHD research article? No, shouldn't think so.

It can be covered in a dozen lines of C# or so, and has been on a number of occasions. The code on which this would be based should take you well under an hour to design, implement and test! For someone at your level (i.e. already degree qualified) I personally would expect something considerably more in depth and complex, and I would expect that your tutors feel the same.

Talk to your tutor, and try to come up with something more fitting your skills and course requirements.
