Hi All!

I've been worked in a screen recorder for a contact center, and now I need to index recorded video files, to customer be able find specific archive.

So... when I run a full crawl this warning are showed:

\\srvrecord\records$\Screen\02\17-06-06_02-05-2019_sara.melo_WCALL3_021.mp4Use SHIFT+ENTER to open the menu (new window). Open Menu 
The document format is not recognized by the filter. ( Error parsing document 'file://srvrecord/records$/Screen/02/17-06-06_02-05-2019_sara.melo_WCALL3_021.mp4'. Document has an undetectable format and will not be parsed.; ; SearchID = A1D7424E-6038-4B3E-B968-2836E61A29E3 )

mp4 extension has been add in File Types and I have no idea to solve it.

Try to re-index the library where the videos are stored and also set up a new Search Source for that location to get a more accurate and focused set of results.
