I want to perform event or call a action/trigger(basically perform zip file get uploaded once get uploaded in blob file start unzip and create folders and move the files accordingly also perform validation rules if any issue send response to my web server) on file upload by using azure blob storage library(for php) and send the response to my web server if any issue found .
