I have close to 8 Functions in a Function App running and all of a sudden I get a 503 Service Unavailable when using the Portal. I added a new function today and it seems to have hosed it all up. They are all fairly basic and I can still run and test locally using Visual studio, but cannot run through the portal.  Tried restating without any luck.  Diagnostics show all green checkmarks.  I can create a new Function App and run successfully there, but there are no visible errors to help me track this down.
