We are running SSIS 2014 and every once in a while, the file C:\Windows\System32\1033\sqlnclir11.rll gets deleted; once we copy the file from another server things are fine. Any thoughts on why it would be deleted and what process triggers the deletion?

This is a production server and only a handful of people have access to this server. Hence it's certainly not a human that's deleting this file, but a process.
