I'm trying to create an ARM template that creates a logic app with a subscription to an existing custom event grid topic.

I figured I need to add a resource of type "Microsoft.EventGrid/topics/providers/eventSubscriptions" in the template with  WebHook destination and the Url of the newly created logic app. 
My problem is where to find that Url. I do see there is an listCallbackURL output parameter from the logic app resource ... but the format of that seems different to the one contained by the automatically generated subscription when you deploy a new logic app with in event grid trigger from visual studio for example?
