I am using azure devops pipeline build to create a build for my solution.

how can I use command line tool to create a pipeline to rebuild my solution.

My solution file contains third party setup. When I use VS build to build my solution file in Azure pipeline, it gives me error. But when I used MSBuild, it built my setup.
