While I'm trying to deploy release to App Service Im getting  following error.

Hi Javid,

Could you please check the rights of the account on Azure subscription? This issue might not be related to MSI but permissions/access rights for the subscription. Please verify if the account has at least contributor access on Azure subscriptions. You can refer - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/billing/billing-add-change-azure-subscription-administrator
