After setting the model name, description and model file, and when uploading reaches 75%, I get this error message: "Create model "modelx": ajax error 413."

I got a similar error. I think it means the file is too big. I found no way around it using the web interface, but larger files upload just fine using a notebook as shown at the end of this tutorial:
