Can you possibly show a screen shot of the error. A ProxyAdresses duplicate is probably the issue. Make sure there is not one in the distribution group and the shared mailbox. If any of the email aliases are the same remove one from either the distribution group or shared mailbox. The error will not disappear from the O365 admin portal for sometime. It has taken over 24hrs for that to update for me.
