Hello Preyash Vrat Azure and thank you for your question.  To get the modification date of an on-premise file you need to do three things:

1 Set up a self-hosted integration runtime on premises.

2 Create a linked service and dataset to reach your file.

3 In a pipeline, use the "Get Metadata" activity, and include "Last Modified" in the field list.
