I followed [https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/web-sites-purchase-ssl-web-site] to buy SSL certificate and apply to my web app. In the Step 3, I needed to store my newly purchased certificate in azure key vault. Since I didn't have any key vault, I created the one in the same resource group as my certificate located in. When I try to store the certificate to the newly created key vault it fails with the following error:
