I have a problem with some word-documents.
When opening them from the SharePoint, some lines are automatically moved down.
When saving them first, and then opening them from local PC, everything is fine!

I assume you are opening documents in browser when find the lines are changed. Then you are using Word Web App to open these files. Microsoft Word Web App lets you make basic edits and formatting changes to your document in a web browser. The document you open in Word Web App is the same as the document you open in the Word desktop app, but some features work differently in the two environments. For your issue, it appears to me that could be the differences in line breaks.
