I am trying to copy data from on-premise server to the blob storage using the copy activity in the data factory. But I someimes meet the error:  {"errorCode": "500", "message": "InternalServerError executing pipeline", "failureType": "SystemError"}

有没有人知道导致此错误的原因是什么？

Does anyone have any idea what causes this error?
