Is is possible to change or open an Access Database with Cache authentication disabled?  It could be via registry key edition, policies, vba, autoexec, etc.

Not 100% clear if above is your question, but if it is?

No, you can't disable this feature. It is in most cases it is rather useful, since you can link tables without having to include the userid/password in the linked tables. If as noted, this is the feature you are asking about, then the answer is no, you can't disable this feature. The only way to clear out the password and connecting cache in Access to these external ODBC tables is to exit Access, and re-load.

You can expand on your question, but if my "guess" is the above issue, then unfortunately the answer is no.
